Children Welcomed
Project manager: Sophie,
16
We see a lot of travellers with children and think we
are well equipped to receive guests of all ages.
Children are especially welcomed when Sophie is at the
dacha.
Our horses are child-tolerant. (A photo of a child
walking under a horse.)
Our other animals are used to being petted and
over-petted and even mildly tortured. (Photo of a kitten tied into a
knot.)

There was a beautiful river that we crossed in the snow.
The sleigh ride was amazing, as if it came out of a fairy tale.
The food we had was Russian and good: cabbage soup, pickles, etc.
The people were nice and welcomed us into their home. The town
[of Staritsa] was beautiful, covered in snow. The ice and snow was fun to play in.
We went on a beautiful and extremely fun horseback ride. The whole place was full of life.
[...]I loved your dacha. If I had another chance to go back
to Russia I would definitely visit you. Thanks for the wonderful
experience! It showed us what life is like in the Russian countryside. I liked it a
lot. Hannah, 13 |

Our visit to the dacha was great. Moscow was crowded and loud, which I liked,
but the dacha was quiet and comfortable, which I also liked.
There were two cute kittens, both thin, soft, and playful, with large eyes. It was fun to play with the dog - he was
first nervous but soon got friendly and warm. We rode horses
down the trail and over the ice bridge. It was beautiful and
peaceful, with snow still on the ground but not too cold.
Another thing I remember was how every morning we would have a delicious breakfast
with tea and sweetened condensed milk. That was so good. There are many
other wonderful things about our visit to the dacha, but I can only
write so much. The point is, our visit was great, I'll never forget
it, and I think that everybody should be able to go there.

The dacha is a wonderful place to spend a vacation. My family and
I spent a few days there. We rode horses, went on a sleigh ride and had
so much fun with the kittens. The dacha was great! Logan,
